It feels like it’s been awhile since I’ve been able to sit at my computer for more than five minutes to write anything. Things have been pretty busy over here. In my latest post, I talked about digging up my old sewing machine and what a change it’s been since then!
I’ve always had a love for crafting. My sewing machine was forever old, I bought a Cricut years ago, I have bins of ribbon and paints and canvases- I just never really took the time to learn anything very well and life always seemed to get in the way. I know people are thinking but “NOW?” “With 3 kids?” I know it sounds crazy but it’s them that inspire what I create so it all seems to make sense in my mind and I feel like it’s all coming together at the right time.
As a mama to two boys, 2 and 3 years old and a 2 month old baby girl, I have a whole crew to make things for which makes this so much fun but also gave me the idea to create for other little ones as well, resulting in the beginning of my little shop, Peach’s & Co. Initially, my thought was just head wraps after which I added more traditional bows, then bummies and limited release onesies and tees. I think of new things I want to sell everyday and am having so much fun! I love the idea of being a reasonably priced one stop shop for parents and families for a bunch of fun pieces. Right now I’m selling the items mentioned above but want to grow and branch out into boys clothing and a few more girls pieces, I’ve also started looking at screen printing.

People laugh when I tell them all that I’m doing, “where do you find time?” most people ask. I’m a huge believer in doing SOMETHING for yourself, even if it’s at home with your kids at your feet. This is that for me. We’re in the middle of a pandemic, can’t leave our house for more than essentials as my little guys are not willing to wear masks, so I’m using my time to help support my family in another way and am having so much fun along the way.
I’m still so new, officially having launched on July 20 so I have a lot to learn and a lot of growing to do but I’m hopeful and excited. Feel free to visit my shop at shoppeachsandco.com and I hope you’ll stick around for the journey.
XO,
